Vision

Mission

• To develop the Economics thinking of the students.
• To learn basic statistics knowledge for further higher education.
• To create an environment that supports solving rural problems and gives its usages to ground level by economic modeling etc.
• To conduct a seminar, group discussion, workshop, etc. for the students.

Uniqueness of the Department

1. Department is started in 2022.
2. The main aim of the course is to make the students into standalone entrepreneurs.
3. The department plan to conduct many inter-department, inter-collegiate programs to motivate students for future development.
4. Our department plans to conduct a Guest lecture, National level seminar, and International Conference to provide academic exposure to the student community and faculty members.

Teaching methods adopted by the faculty and for different program

1. -Chalk & talk, LCD projector
2. -The department ensures that course objectives are constantly met with regular contact classes, Industrial visits, and Guest lectures.
3. -Learning outcomes measured through periodical tests and seminars and assignment submission etc.

II Sem: Micro Economics II

III Sem: Monetary Economics and Banking

V Semester: Paper II: Economics of Development

VI Semester: Paper I: Public Finance and Fiscal Policy

2. CO 2. Study the structure of Indian economy, Agriculture, Industry and Demographic features
3. CO 3. Study the poverty, unemployment problem and eradication measures
4. CO 4. Study the Indian’s foreign trade policies and trade relations with world.
