About the Programme
- Bachelor of Commerce in Professional Accountancy trains the students to become accounting and finance professionals.
- It gives emphasis to develop analytical skills and professional competence in all aspects of accounting.
- Professional Accounting course is more or less equal to CA and it is the first and right step and base for auditing courses like CA, CMA and CS

- To become professional accountants who are well prepared for careers in public practice, commerce, industry, Government, and to produce technically competent, morally upright individuals, disciplined by the rigors of the accounting course, responsive to the rapidly changing global business environment.
Eligibility
- Students should have passed in Higher Secondary Examination
- Students having an academic background in Commerce, Accountancy, Arts Vocational and Science stream are eligible.

About the Department
- Department of professional accounting was started in the year 2015 to fulfill the needs of audit world.
- The aim of the department is to prepare the students to be trained for the CA, CMA and CS professional courses and also encourage them to become entrepreneurs
- The department believes in developing and nurturing global competencies in students through quality professional education, research and continuous innovation.
- The students are encouraged to participate in inter-collegiate meet conducted by various colleges.
- The department arranges industrial visits for various reputed companies every semester to help students get practical experience.
