Overview

The Department of Physics was established in the year 2014 as a self-financed program. HIGHLIGHTS: The main idea of the program is to develop general knowledge through core subjects as follows. Mechanics, Kinematics, Electricity and magnetism, Electromagnetism, Relativity, Thermodynamics, Nuclear physics, Electronics, Nanotechnology, Crystallography, Energy Physics, Astrophysics, Optics, Spectroscopy, Acoustics, Medical physics, Bio physics, Atomic physics, Practicals, Extension Activities in the final semester, and industrial visits to various industries help them to become familiar with executive practices.

SCIENCE EXPO (JUNIOR, SENIOR LEVEL) for an Inter School meeting on 23rd FEB and BRIDAL MAKEUP for an Inter Techno-Cultural Fest for Engineering, Polytechnic and Arts & Science on 24 & 25th FEB has been conducted by the Department of Physics in SRISHTA’23.
